After one year of joining Ideal Auto, it was revealed that "internet celebrity" product manager Song Ziwei had resigned.
On October 6th, a netizen revealed that Song Ziwei had resigned from Ideal Auto for unknown reasons. On October 7th, Phoenix Technology reported that informed sources indicated that Song Ziwei is no longer in Ideal Company's Feishu contact list and should have resigned before the holiday.
It is reported that Song Ziwei served as the keynote speaker at the Ideal Automotive Intelligent Software Conference held on December 10, 2023. Before joining Ideal Automotive, she worked as a product manager at iQOO, a subsidiary of vivo.
A reporter from the Daily Economic News found through social media that on Song Ziwei's personal Weibo account (@ Violet_Song), the last time she shared content related to Ideal Auto was on August 28th, and subsequent blog posts did not mention her new whereabouts.

On September 15, 2023, according to the Southern Metropolis Daily, Song Ziwei, the product manager of iQOO, a subsidiary of vivo, confirmed that she had joined Ideal Auto. In November of the same year, Song Ziwei responded to her resignation from iQOO for the first time through Weibo and announced her next steps. Song Ziwei stated that joining Ideal Automobile was her own proactive decision, a resume she submitted voluntarily, not something Ideal Automobile dug up. In December 2023, Ideal Auto held an intelligent software launch event and brought the strongest OTA in Ideal Auto's history, with Song Ziwei as the keynote speaker. This was also Song Ziwei's first appearance since joining Ideal Auto.

Regarding Song Ziwei's joining Ideal, there is speculation that Ideal may want to emulate NIO in making mobile phones. However, this speculation was explicitly denied by Li Xiang, CEO of Ideal Auto, who stated that the company has no plans to manufacture mobile phones.
In fact, OPPO had already started collaborating with Ideal Motors before Song Ziwei joined. In December 2020, OPPO's digital car key was first adapted to the Ideal ONE for vehicle to machine connectivity cooperation. Afterwards, the OPPO Find X3 series introduced the car manager function for the first time, as well as features such as seamless unlocking of car keys for the Ideal L9. On July 10, 2023, OPPO officially announced that OPPO watches have reached a system level deep cooperation with Ideal Automobile, supporting watch insensitive Bluetooth car keys and covering the entire range of Ideal models.
As of the time of writing, Song Ziwei herself has not responded to the media's reports on social media platforms and speculations about her future whereabouts.
