Apple has become a target of anti-monopoly investigation in Spain due to issues with the App Store. The Spanish antitrust agency, the National Commission for Market and Competition (CNMC), has launched an investigation into Apple's competitive behavior. CNMC commented in an email statement on Wednesday that Apple may be imposing unfair business conditions on developers who use its Apple App Store to distribute applications to users. If confirmed, such behavior may be considered a serious illegal act, implying sanctions of up to 10% of the global annual total business volume.
