According to Nvidia, the application scenarios of humanoid robots are still in a very early stage. The GR00T driven robot (Generalist Robot 00 Technology) will be able to understand natural language and mimic actions by observing human behavior - quickly learning coordination, flexibility, and other skills to navigate, adapt to the real world, and interact with it. Jetson Thor is a brand new computing platform that can perform complex tasks and safely and naturally interact with humans and machines, with a modular architecture optimized for performance, power consumption, and size. This SoC includes a next-generation GPU with a transformer engine, using the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture (NVIDIA and its architecture for trillion parameter level generative AI launched at GTC), providing 800 trillion 8-bit floating-point AI performance per second to run multi-modal generative AI models such as GR00T.
