Boeing and the US State Department have reached a $51 million settlement agreement on illegal exports. According to the terms of the 36 month agreement, Boeing will pay a civil fine of $51 million. The US State Department has agreed to suspend the implementation of $24 million of this funding, on the condition that it is used for remedial compliance measures in the agreement aimed at strengthening Boeing's compliance program.
