Red Star Capital Bureau reported on February 29th that this afternoon, JD Logistics (02618. HK) announced the launch of its "Ten Thousand Recruitment Plan", which will attract approximately 20000 new employees in the first half of 2024.
According to the WeChat official account of "JD Blackboard News", these new employees will focus on supply chain, operations, management, sales, and other directions. Through recruitment projects such as "Boss Recruitment Order" and "Youth Cadre Class", they will focus on introducing grassroots managers, reserve management talents, frontline operators and other positions.
On February 28th, a person in the WeChat group of a logistics industry supplier revealed that JD.com is recruiting on a large scale, emphasizing the priority of having direct logistics experience. The group discussion refers to employees of direct logistics companies such as SF Express and Cainiao.
According to JD Logistics' 2023 semi annual report, as of the end of June 2023, there were a total of 432000 employees in positions including operations, sales, and marketing. Compared to the end of 2022, the number of employees increased by 42000 in the first half of the year.
JD.com stated that in 2023, the highest multiple of year-end bonuses for frontline boss positions will reach 23 times, and the average salary of frontline employees in multiple teams will double. This year, we have launched the "Youth Cadre Class" recruitment special program, targeting young reserve forces, including fresh graduates, who have the potential and willingness to grow into grassroots managers. Through dedicated training resources and development channels such as frontline training, on-the-job learning, management training, and practical experience for 1-3 years, we aim to help them grow into grassroots managers.
