This plot of land is adjacent to Fengxian New City Station on the south extension of Shanghai Metro Line 5, with a total land area of 15304 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.0, a starting price of 612.15 million yuan, and a starting floor price of 20000 yuan/square meter. In the end, the plot was won by Beihaojia for 697 million yuan, equivalent to a floor price of 22781 yuan/square meter.
