Recently, in the public transparency rating of Chinese enterprises initiated by the Sustainable Development Evaluation Think Tank of the China Enterprise Management Research Association, the American stock company Wuxin Technology released the "Upward, Goodward - Wuxin Technology Social Responsibility Report 2022-2023" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"), which was selected as the "2023 Excellent Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Industrial and Information Technology 1000" and received an A-level rating.
This is the third consecutive year that a report from Wuxin Technology has been selected for the above rating. It is reported that after being reviewed by the expert group for public transparency rating of Chinese enterprises, the report of Wuxin Technology performs superior in content and form, with a clear framework and high degree of information acquisition. It is fully reflected in the dimensions of substantive issues, completeness of information disclosure, and objective balance.
Wang Ying, founder and CEO of Wuxin Technology, stated that the company's relevant reports have been selected as the "Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Report of the Industry and Information Technology Thousand Enterprises" for three consecutive years, and this report has received an A-level rating, representing the continuous recognition of the company's actions in fulfilling social responsibility.
As of the end of April 2023, Wuxin Technology has effectively driven about 120000 employment opportunities in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, with a cumulative R&D investment of 800 million yuan; As of the end of 2023, Wuxin Technology has invested 44.3 million yuan in biodiversity conservation, rural revitalization, and other areas; We have achieved carbon neutrality in office and laboratory operations in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen for two consecutive years.
Meanwhile, Wuxin Technology demonstrated progress in rural revitalization, wildlife conservation, and low-carbon operations in the report. Among them, the "Northeast Tiger and Leopard Return to Northeast" project effectively protects the habitat of tigers and leopards and promotes harmonious coexistence between local people and nature by planting ecological fields and forming patrol teams in Zhen'anling Village, Sidaogou Village, and Guandaogou Village in Hunchun City, Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province.
This project was initiated by Wuxin Technology in collaboration with the China Greening Foundation in 2020. As of the end of 2022, it has cumulatively increased the income of local villagers by 1.06 million yuan; In 2023, a 120 square meter Feiyue Starry Sky Classroom will be built in Zhen'anling Village to support public science education activities.
