The 2023 annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank have recently concluded in Morocco. Just two days before this meeting, on October 7th, a new round of Palestinian-Israeli conflict broke out, casting a shadow over this annual meeting. During the meeting, the International Monetary Fund released three major reports in accordance with established practice - the World Economic Outlook Report, the Global Financial Stability Report, and the Fiscal Monitoring Report. The most closely watched report, the World Economic Outlook Report, predicts that global economic growth will continue to slow down this year and next, and multiple risks will drag down global economic recovery.
