According to US media reports, on the afternoon of the 5th local time, an Alaska Airlines flight made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff from Portland, Oregon, with a window and part of the fuselage missing.
This Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft took off at 16:52 local time on the 5th and returned 20 minutes later. A photo taken by a passenger released by local media shows that a large part of the aircraft's fuselage and a window are missing.
