According to a statement on the Vietnamese government website, Boeing Global President Brandon Nielsen stated during a meeting with Vietnamese party leader Dorin that Boeing is committed to supporting Vietnam in building an aviation ecosystem, aircraft maintenance and repair facilities, and training workers. The company will focus on helping Vietnam build aviation infrastructure. Durin urged Boeing to invest in aircraft component manufacturing plants and maintenance centers in Vietnam.
