According to the Vietnamese government website, on September 23rd local time, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the country Su Lin met with Nick Clegg, Global Affairs President of Meta Company, in New York, USA.
Su Lin suggested that Meta continue to consult with relevant departments and partners in Vietnam, especially the National Innovation Center, to promote the implementation of specific cooperation activities in the fields of science and technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things.
Nick Clegg shared his plan to expand the production of Metaverse virtual reality glasses products in Vietnam. Clegg stated that he plans to visit Vietnam next week and hopes to have the opportunity to introduce the "Meta AI" free platform to Vietnamese users.
