On October 13th, the EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft system independently developed by Yihang Intelligence obtained the Type Ce. jpgitate (referred to as "TC") officially issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, marking that the EH216-S model design meets the safety standards and airworthiness requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and has the qualification for commercial operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. Its innovation and success have set an important benchmark for the airworthiness certification of innovative eVTOL in China and even globally, playing a leading demonstration role.
On the same day, the EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft system model certification ceremony was held at the Beijing Civil Aviation International Conference Center, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China officially issued the EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft system model certification to Yihang Intelligent.
Since January 2021, when the Civil Aviation Administration of China officially accepted the TC application for EH216-S, the Yihang Intelligent Team has continuously overcome difficulties in the model qualification review process of EH216-S and successfully completed the entire TC certification process, proving the ability of Yihang Intelligent Unmanned eVTOL aircraft products.
As a disruptive innovative technology and product, EH216-S has significant differences compared to traditional aircraft in terms of technical architecture, configuration, performance, functionality, as well as operational modes and flight environments.

The "Special Conditions for the EH216-S Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System of Yihang" was officially released in February 2022.
