On Thursday, American social media giant Meta launched two new artificial intelligence (AI) based video editing features that can be used in the future to post videos on Instagram or Facebook.
The first tool is called "Emu Video", which can automatically generate four second long videos based on subtitles, images, text descriptions, etc.
Another tool called "Emu Edit" allows users to easily modify or edit videos through text commands. This tool provides users with a way to delete or replace objects and characters from images without the need for any professional image editing experience.
It's a bit crazy that 'Emu Edit' does not require users to manually select the part of the image they want to change. As long as the user inputs content such as' turning a dog into a panda ', the tool will be able to recognize the dog in the image.
The new tool is an upgrade and improvement to Meta's previously released image generation model EMU, which mainly generates images based on text instructions.
