Caixin News Agency, November 17th - Yum China (09987/YUMC) has released an announcement disclosing its stock changes as of November 15, 2024.
On that day, the company repurchased 50000 shares on the New York Stock Exchange at an average repurchase price of $47.24 per share, paying $24 million.
In addition, the company repurchased 12500 shares in Hong Kong on the same day at a repurchase price of HKD 365.2-381 per share, with a total payment amount of HKD 4.67 million.
Since the repurchase authorization resolution was passed on May 23, 2024, the company has repurchased 9.99 million shares under the authorization, accounting for 2.57% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
