General Motors announced on November 7th local time that it will cease production of the gasoline version of the Cadillac XT4 SUV in January next year as its Kansas factory shifts to producing electric vehicles. General Motors announced in May this year that it would produce both the Bolt EV and XT4 on the same assembly line when production resumes in Kansas in 2025, but now it will only produce Bolt cars.
