Regarding this, Ideal Automobile pointed out that currently, Ideal Automobile has not established any domestic or overseas sales agents or authorized dealers. Any individual or organization claiming to be a sales agent or authorized dealer of Ideal Motors has not obtained formal authorization from Ideal Motors.

Red Star Capital noticed that as of October 31, 2024, Ideal Automobile had delivered a total of 393300 vehicles in 2024, with a historical cumulative delivery volume of 1.0266 million vehicles.
According to the interim performance report, in the first half of 2024, Ideal Automobile's revenue was 57.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.8%. The gross profit reached 11.5 billion yuan, an increase of 13.9% year-on-year. The gross profit margin decreased from 21.2% in the same period last year to 20.0%. Ideal Automobile stated that the decrease in gross profit margin is mainly due to changes in different product combinations and pricing strategies, resulting in a decrease in vehicle gross profit margin. The vehicle gross profit margin decreased from 20.5% in the same period last year to 19.0%.
In the first half of the year, Ideal Automobile incurred a operating loss of RMB 117 million, compared to RMB 2 billion in the same period last year. The net profit was RMB 1.7 billion, compared to RMB 3.2 billion in the same period last year.
