This is also the third consecutive year that Financial One Account has won the Golden Hair Award, following the "Smart Bank One Stop System Platform" in 2021 and the "Financial Data Privacy Computing Platform" in 2022.
It is reported that the "Platform based Operation and Construction Project for Car Insurance Customers Based on the Good Car Owner APP" is based on the service concept of "worry free, time-saving, and cost-effective", with the core of improving the customer experience of car insurance. By building an intelligent and platform based online one-stop "insurance+service" platform, it surrounds the high-frequency needs of car owners such as car use and maintenance, and provides accurate and convenient diversified services. In terms of technological innovation, the project has established a multi-level intelligent service system to drive business refinement and improve customer service experience through technology. In terms of ecological construction, the platform has attracted over 260000 partners to join.
According to disclosure, as of now, the core technology of the project has obtained 378 patents, and the related technical research results have been published in more than 30 top journals worldwide.
