It is reported that the launch of this new product took 6 months from its launch to its official launch, with over 70 new products screened layer by layer. After multiple blind selection and internal testing, and over 400 consumers from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other places blind testing and tasting, it was repeatedly polished before finally putting these 5 selected new products on the dining table, becoming the autumn new products jointly chosen by Haidilao and consumers.
