On the evening of August 14th, Victorias Secret&Co. announced the replacement of its CEO and appointed Hillary Super, the first female CEO in history, to replace Martin Waters. She will take office on September 9th.
Hillary Super has served as the CEO of Anthropologie Group and Savage X Fenty under Urban Outfitters Inc., and has also held management positions at several well-known fashion companies such as Gap Inc. in the United States. Group Chief Financial Officer Timothy Johnson will serve as interim CEO until September 8, 2024, while Martin Waters will serve as company advisor until August 31.
