It is reported that Yum China currently has over 800 core suppliers, covering multiple categories such as food raw materials, beverages, packaging materials, construction, warehousing, and transportation. KFC and Bullburger's lettuce and beef, Kenyue Coffee use coffee beans from all over the world, Durian from Thailand and other countries is made into pizza in Pizzahut, etc. Its brands can not integrate global resources without Yum! China's self built supply chain management system. As of November 2024, Yum! Brands China has established 35 logistics centers across the country, with a distribution network covering approximately 2200 cities and delivering supplies to more than 15800 of its restaurants, promoting Yum! Brands China to serve 2 billion Chinese consumers annually with diversified products.
In addition, Yum! China is also exploring the application of digital technology in the supply chain. Specifically, in addition to improving logistics efficiency and accelerating the layout of intelligent logistics networks through automation technology, Yum! China has also launched a global supplier recruitment platform, further enhancing procurement efficiency and transparency.
