Disney may face its largest strike wave in history due to dissatisfaction with wages and other benefits. According to The Guardian, the Master Services Council, a union alliance representing 14000 Disney employees, announced last week that it will hold a strike vote this week to address unfair labor practices at Disney. The new contract negotiations between Disney and the Labor Union Alliance began in April this year. The main contents of the negotiation include increasing the average salary of employees, attendance policies, seniority salary increase system, and theme park safety issues.
