On April 23rd, Lujin Holdings (LU.US; 06623. HK) released its financial report for the first quarter of 2024. According to the financial report, Xu Zhaogan resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons, and the board of directors has appointed Zhu Peiqing as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the board. The change will take effect on April 30th.
According to the financial report, Mr. Zhu Peiqing served as the General Manager of the Finance and Planning Department of Ping An Bank from April 2018 to April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Partner of the Financial Services Industry in Greater China from May 2016 to April 2018, and as the first Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of United Overseas Bank (China) from May 2013 to May 2016. From June 2003 to May 2013, he worked at PwC, Ernst&Young, and Deloitte Consulting, providing auditing, financial management, risk, taxation, and digital services to the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the International University of Business and Economics and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the British Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an Australian Certified Public Accountant.
