The International Trade Commission of the United States has upheld its ruling that Apple Watch infringes on Masimo's pulse oximeter patent. The International Trade Commission of the United States issued an order on October 26 local time, upholding the judge's ruling in January of this year that Apple Watch, which contains blood oxygen measurement functions, infringes on a pulse oximeter patent of medical technology company Masimo. The ruling will not take immediate effect, and the Biden government will have 60 days to decide whether to veto the import ban before it takes effect. And Apple said it will appeal this ruling.
