TSMC: 7 nanometers and more advanced processes accounted for 65% of the total wafer revenue in the first quarter

On April 18th, TSMC released data showing that in the first quarter, 3-nanometer shipments accounted for 9% of the total wafer revenue, 5-nanometer shipments accounted for 37%, and 7-nanometer shipments accounted for 19%. Advanced technologies (i.e. 7 nanometers and higher) account for 65% of the total wafer revenue.
