Guo Mingchi: Apple M5 series chips will adopt TSMC N3P process, which has entered the prototype stage several months ago. Guo Mingchi, an analyst at Tianfeng International, disclosed some progress of Apple M5 series chips on X platform. The M5 series chips will use TSMC's N3P process and entered the prototype stage a few months ago. It is expected that M5, M5 Pro/Max, and M5 Ultra will start mass production in the first half of 2025, the second half of 2025, and 2026, respectively. The M5 Pro, Max, and Ultra will be packaged in SoIC with server level chips.
