On October 26th, Unilever announced the appointment of Fernando Fernandez as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2024, who will join the board on the same day. Fernando, currently the President of Unilever Beauty and Healthcare Group, will replace Graeme Pitkethly, who announced his decision to retire earlier this year.
