On April 12th, TSMC announced ten nominees for directors, including three new independent director candidates: Usula Burns, Lynn Elsen Hans, and Lin Quan. The shareholder meeting on June 4th will hold a director election. Chairman Liu Deyin, Chen Guoci, and Hai Yingjun will step down as directors of the company.
