On April 9th, Yihang Intelligence, a leading company in the global eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) industry, announced that its board of directors has appointed Wang Zhao as the company's Co Chief Operating Officer (Co COO), effective April 9th, 2024.
Wang Zhao will be responsible for the company's business operations, focusing on the development of urban air traffic business, product sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Wang Zhao reports to Hu Huazhi, founder, chairman, and CEO of Yihang Intelligence.
According to the data, Wang Zhao previously worked at companies such as Jindian Group and Sohu, and served as the CEO of Mangrove Technology Group from June 2020 to March 2024. Wang Zhao was responsible for the digital transformation and business operation of multiple super large resorts in China, applying intelligent and platform based operation management systems, and introducing autonomous driving products in the air, ground, and water to resorts.
Wang Zhao stated that he will fully utilize his years of business operation and management experience in the technology and cultural tourism industry, and enter a new stage of commercial operation after obtaining certification for EH216-S unmanned manned aircraft. Focusing on sales operation and business landing, he will drive the company into the next stage of growth.
