Securities Times Network News: Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) plans to acquire Japanese robo advisory company WealthNavi to enhance its asset management services for individual clients. MUFG Bank will fully control WealthNavi through a tender offer, having previously acquired over 15% of WealthNavi's shares in March. The expected acquisition amount is over 660 million US dollars.
