On April 1st, according to the official website of Xinsi Technology, Xinsi Technology recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Intrinsic ID, which is a provider of Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) IP used in System on Chip (SoC) design. This transaction has no significant impact on the financial condition of Xinsi Technology, and details have not been disclosed yet. Joachim Kunkel, General Manager of Xinsi Technology Solutions Business Unit, said, "We are very much looking forward to working with the Intrinsic ID team to enhance Xinsi Technology's research and development layout in the Netherlands, and will establish a PUF Technology Excellence Center in Eindhoven."
