According to NIO, recently, Nanwang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement with NIO Energy. Both parties will fully leverage their respective resource advantages and engage in comprehensive cooperation in areas such as virtual power plants, battery swapping, and recycling, to provide more convenient charging and travel experiences for smart electric vehicle users.
As of now, companies such as Changan, Geely, Wanneng, Anhui Traffic Control, Jianghuai, Chery, and Nanwang Energy Storage Technology have reached a cooperation agreement with NIO to jointly promote the construction of battery swapping networks and standard systems. The battery swapping network will provide public energy replenishment services for more brand users.
