On February 26th, Qualcomm Technologies announced the launch of the FastConnect 7900 mobile connectivity system, the industry's first solution that supports AI optimized performance and integrates Wi Fi 7, Bluetooth, and ultra wideband technology in a single chip. Using AI, FastConnect 7900 can adapt to specific use cases and environments, effectively optimizing energy consumption, network latency, and throughput. The Qualcomm FastConnect 7900 is expected to be commercially available in the second half of 2024.
