ASML, a Dutch lithography machine manufacturer, showcased a new "High NA EUV" lithography machine for the first time at ASML's headquarters in the Netherlands on February 9th local time. The company claims that this device costs $350 million and is mainly aimed at high-end semiconductor manufacturers such as Intel. Asma is expected to ship a portion this year, but there is still work to be done in terms of customization and installation.
