On January 23, 2024, Marriott International Group and Durham Group jointly announced the signing of a cooperation agreement, which will jointly promote the development of Marriott International's Best Hotel brand in Chinese Mainland. DeMo Group currently has 10 brands and over 1400 hotels in operation or under construction. Both parties expect that in the next few years, more than 100 full service hotels under the Debo Group will join the Marriott International Group's premium hotel brand through joint cooperation.
Through this cooperation, Marriott International Group will adopt a franchising model and award its Zhenpin Selection brand to some of the Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotels and other high-end brands managed by the Debo Group for joint cooperation. In the future, these cooperative hotels will launch their own official booking channels and join both parties' loyal member programs.

"Marriott International's advantages in the hotel industry in China and even globally include the brand influence of Zhenpinxuan, a competitive franchise model, and a mature membership system, complemented by Deborah Group's rapidly growing Baidahu membership system. We firmly believe that this cooperation will create more value for homeowners and bring guests a higher quality stay experience. The new dual brand cooperation model provides strong support for the long-term development of Deborah's high-end brand hotels and Zhenpinxuan in the Chinese market."

I believe that the strong collaboration of Chinese and foreign hotel brands will definitely enhance guest experience and help both parties grow strongly in the Chinese market."
It is understood that DeMo Group owns 10 hotel brands, with a commercial coverage of over 1400 hotels that have opened and are under construction worldwide. Its main business also includes catering and offline entertainment. Kaiyuan Mingdu was founded in 2005 and is a luxury Chinese style hotel brand under the umbrella of DeMo. It has set up 180 distinctive hotels with over 50000 luxury rooms across the country, both in operation and under construction. In addition, Marriott's boutique hotel brand has over 100 personalized hotels worldwide, covering nearly 30 countries and regions.
