Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network News (Reporter Liu Yihe) According to Tencent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud, at the plenary session of the Artificial Intelligence Sub Committee of the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee held on December 22, Tencent's hybrid big model and Alibaba Cloud's Tongyi Qianwen big model were the first to pass the national big model standard compliance evaluation.
This evaluation was initiated by the China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, which solicited opinions from dozens of top institutions in academia and industry to test major domestic models. The evaluated large model meets the relevant technical requirements of the language large model in Part 2: Evaluation Indicators and Methods of Large scale Pre trained Models for Artificial Intelligence.
Among the first batch of large models that passed the evaluation, Tongyi Qianwen is the only open-source model. In addition, Tencent Cloud initiated the discussion and preparation of the "Artificial Intelligence Model as a Service (MaaS) Functional Requirements" as the proposal leader, while Alibaba Cloud initiated the discussion and preparation of the "Artificial Intelligence Model as a Service (MaaS) Reference Architecture" standard document as the technical leader.
It is reported that this evaluation is the first official "compliance evaluation of large model standards" in China, with a total of four domestically produced large models passing the evaluation in the first batch. As of the time of publication, the information of the other two has not yet been announced to the public.
