The International Trade Commission (ITC) rejected Apple's request to suspend the upcoming ban on Apple Watch imports on December 20th local time. Apple filed an appeal on October 30th aimed at preventing the import ban from taking effect during the appeal period. ITC has ordered Apple to stop importing Apple Watch blood oxygen sensor devices that infringe on the patents of medical device company Masimo. Apple earlier announced that it will stop selling the two Apple Watch models released this year on its website, the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra2, starting from December 21st local time in the United States.
