On December 18th, NIO announced that the company had signed a new round of share subscription agreement with Abu Dhabi investment firm CYVN Holdings L.L.C. through its subsidiary CYVN Investments RSC Ltd. CYVN will invest a total of $2.2 billion (approximately RMB 15.7 billion) in cash to subscribe to 294 million shares of the company's newly issued Class A common stock.
