Google DeepMind uses AI tools to discover 2 million new materials. Google DeepMind has developed a material discovery tool GNoME, which has been used to discover 2.2 million theoretically stable new crystal materials. Not only has the accuracy of predicting material stability increased from 50% to 80%, but 380000 have also been put into testing. The relevant paper has been published in Nature.
