On November 28, Nvidia released a recruitment announcement on its WeChat official account, proposing to expand its autonomous driving team in China. The recruitment positions include planning and control, system integration, on-site testing, etc. The job locations include Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. It is reported that the person in charge of autonomous driving at NVIDIA is Wu Xinzhou, who previously served as the Vice President of Autonomous Driving at Xiaopeng Motors.
On August 24th, Xiaopeng Motors CEO He Xiaopeng posted a group photo on Weibo with Wu Xinzhou and NVIDIA CEO Huang Renxun, stating that deeper cooperation with NVIDIA is about to begin. Subsequently, Wu Xinzhou forwarded this Weibo and confirmed that he would resign and join NVIDIA.
