Recently, the reporter learned that Alibaba International has completed the acquisition of Visable, a local B2B digital trading platform in Europe. After this acquisition, Visable will continue to operate independently, with unchanged management and organizational structure.
From then on, Alibaba International Station will achieve dual brand operation in Europe, serving more customers through multiple B2B digital trading platforms. Among them, the Alibaba International Station platform will continue to strengthen its investment in existing business in Europe, while also providing technical investment for Visable's B2B platform to better serve European customers.
Alibaba International Station President Zhang Kuao said, "Through this cooperation, we will provide more support to Visable to enhance its B2B digital trade services, so that European small and medium-sized enterprises can better access global trade opportunities and seize growth opportunities
It is understood that Visable currently has two local European B2B online trading platforms, WLW and Europages, covering multiple languages such as English and German, making it one of the earliest B2B e-commerce platforms in the world.
Currently, B2B digital trade has become a strategic opportunity globally. In Europe, Alibaba International Station officially launched the European Pavilion at the end of October, strengthening its investment in Europe through more refined national operations. After completing the acquisition of Visable, driven by dual engines, it will further promote the global expansion of Alibaba International Station.
