On November 13th, Vodafone and Accenture announced their intention to establish a strategic partnership to accelerate the commercialization of Vodafone's shared business.
According to the statement, the strategic partnership will be based on Vodafone's shared services division, Vodafone Intelligent Solutions Company (VOIS), to create a larger, more commercially driven, and more efficient organization, providing high-quality services for its product portfolio, and accelerating its time to market. Under this new industry model, Vodafone will retain majority ownership, management control, and procurement decision-making power. Accenture will invest approximately 150 million euros to provide technology and transformation services such as digital solutions and platforms, as well as expertise in artificial intelligence.
