Five major customers work together to track orders! TSMC CoWoS will expand production and increase production capacity by 120% next month. Following NVIDIA's decision to expand orders in October, heavyweight customers such as Apple, AMD, Broadcom, and Maywell have recently added CoWoS orders to TSMC. TSMC is accelerating the expansion of CoWoS advanced packaging production capacity to meet the needs of the five major customers mentioned above.
