Recently, foreign media reported that President elect Trump's transition team has proposed significant reforms to the US electric vehicle policy, cutting off support for electric vehicles and charging stations. The aforementioned transition team also suggests imposing tariffs on all battery materials worldwide, while calling for the cancellation of the $7500 tax credit provided by the Biden administration for consumers purchasing electric vehicles. Reducing support for electric vehicles may affect Tesla's sales. However, Musk previously stated that canceling subsidies would have a greater impact on competitors than on Tesla, as he believes Tesla has already taken a dominant position in the market.
