Li Peng stated that from a global perspective, China's silver haired economy has three major characteristics: firstly, China has a large population of silver haired people, and the aging trend is accelerating, providing a broad market foundation for the development of the silver haired economy; Secondly, the internet penetration rate of the elderly population has significantly increased, and the popularization of digital technology has provided more opportunities for them to participate in society and consume; Thirdly, although the penetration rate of elderly education still needs to be improved, the demand for knowledge and spiritual and cultural life among the elderly population is increasing, showing enormous potential for development.

Li Peng believes that this historic transformation can not only stimulate the endogenous motivation of the silver haired population, transforming them from passive "caregivers" to active social and economic participants, but also have the potential to open up a unique path for the development of the silver haired economy in China.
In this process, "elderly education" is one of the key levers. Li Peng stated that by improving the level of elderly education, it can meet the multi-level needs of "enjoying oneself in old age," "learning in old age," and "making achievements in old age." On the one hand, by taking interest based learning as the starting point, elderly people can achieve spiritual enjoyment and life expansion through rich courses such as online calligraphy, painting, health preservation, and cultural tourism; On the other hand, technology is used as a tool to help them obtain digital skills training and volunteer service opportunities, creating sustained value for society.
Recently, Qianchi Academy, a subsidiary of Quantum Song, is building a silver education service system that integrates "online+offline". The platform collaborates with more than 50 industry associations and think tanks to launch online courses such as calligraphy and Eight Section Brocade, as well as offline learning services such as Jingdezhen and Wudangshan, continuously weaving a service network for elderly education.
