According to the First Financial News, by the end of 2023, the total number of employees in NVIDIA China will be nearly 3000. As of now this year, the number of employees in Nvidia's offices in China, including Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen, has reached around 3600.
Regarding the specific scale of Nvidia's expansion in China this year, Nvidia China did not provide more details to First Financial reporters.
According to the reporter's understanding, most of the talents recruited by Nvidia in China are research and development personnel, focusing on multiple fields such as autonomous driving. They not only support local markets in China, but also target the global market for most of their research and development.
On November 25th, Jay Puri, Executive Vice President of NVIDIA, stated that NVIDIA regards China as an important market and will continue to strengthen communication with Chinese partners, provide high-quality and efficient products and services, and actively participate in the development of China's digital economy.
During his recent visit to Hong Kong, Huang Renxun also mentioned that China has a large number of outstanding talents.

Gartner analyst Sheng Linghai told First Financial reporters that in addition to data centers, Nvidia will also have significant market space in China in areas such as industrial intelligent manufacturing and autonomous driving.
