In the letter, Li Bin thanked all employees for their hard work and expressed that "we need to recognize that users, partners, and investors have higher expectations for us. We are still far from excellence and excellence. Faced with an increasingly challenging global economic environment, fierce market competition, and increasingly powerful excellent peers, we need to double our efforts and improve ourselves as soon as possible in order to repay the support and trust of users, partners, and investors
Li Bin believes that we are currently in the most intense and brutal stage of the qualification competition for the intelligent electric vehicle industry. In two or three years, only a few excellent companies can survive. "Although we have experienced dark moments many times in the past decade, we will face higher dimensional competition next. We cannot have any shortcomings, nor can we win quickly." Therefore, Li Bin put forward two requirements for employees: first, to maintain our original intention, and second, to focus on action.
Li Bin stated that the company still needs to strengthen its system capacity building and improve operational efficiency. Starting from the essential logic of core business, focusing on basic business units such as every research and development project, every car, every component, every store, every charging and swapping station, every battery, every frontline colleague, every marketing activity, etc., the operational efficiency of these basic business units will be improved, and the overall operational efficiency of the company will also be improved.
Li Bin also proposed NIO's two-year business goals, aiming to achieve explosive sales next year and profitability by 2026.
