Nvidia establishes AI R&D center in Vietnam and acquires VinBrain. Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun announced the opening of an AI R&D center in Vietnam and collaborates with Viettel Group, a Vietnamese state-owned enterprise, to promote the development of AI technology. Nvidia plans to build AI infrastructure, cultivate AI experts, and support AI startups. In addition, Nvidia will acquire VinBrain, the AI division of Vingroup, to further expand its presence in Southeast Asia.
