Previously, there were rumors that BYD would collaborate with NIO to establish the BYD Future Automotive Group, with BYD holding a 51% stake and NIO holding a 49% stake. Subsequently, Li Yunfei, General Manager of Brand and Public Relations Department of BYD Group, denied the rumor that the investment and cooperation information related to BYD and NIO on the internet was seriously untrue. At the same time, the Legal Department of Weilai said that there were many online accounts brewing, fermenting, spreading and diffusing false information on a stock platform, Weibo, Tiktok, WeChat official account, WeChat friends circle and other social media platforms. In response to rumors about NIO and other companies' capital levels, the company immediately reported to the police and was accepted.
