On December 2nd local time, Honeywell announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with transportation equipment manufacturer Bombardier to cooperate in aviation electronic equipment, engines, and satellite communication technology. The potential revenue of the agreement is expected to reach up to $17 billion. In addition, all outstanding lawsuits between the two companies have been resolved. Previously, Honeywell was embroiled in a dispute with Bombardier over engine pricing, with Bombardier accusing Honeywell of selling engines to its competitors on more favorable terms.
