Merck signs HPV vaccine donation agreement with China Cancer Foundation

On November 23rd, at the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the China Cancer Foundation and the first National Cancer Charity Conference held today, Merck and the China Cancer Foundation signed a donation agreement for the comprehensive prevention and control of cervical cancer in low health resource areas of China. Merck plans to donate a total of 81000 HPV vaccines to the China Cancer Foundation in the next two years, which will be used to provide free vaccination for about 27000 junior high school girls in Xiangyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, Qin County, Changzhi City, Yunnan Province, Mang City, Dehong Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Songpan County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Shimian County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, and Taihe County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province.
